As the density in Dhaka is increasing exponentially, developers and builders are now more focused on moving forward to large scale residential buildings. We, as Architects face a new and complex set of challenges in designing such large buildings with newer compliance’s and scope for amenities within the complex. The project having two distinct building masses connected by vertical terraces and double-height lobby spaces, bringing in ample sunlight and offering vistas of the city on either side; ‘Reflection’ is the just name for this urban condominium building. It reflects truly to the city that is thriving towards the future
